About the Presenter

Aspen Ulmer is the Owner of Fighting Gravity Rescue Dynamics, an industrial rescue and safety training company serving high-hazard industries across the Gulf Coast. Aspen has worked in steel mills, chemical plants, mining operations, and other complex industrial environments where confined space hazards are an everyday reality.

A certified paramedic and rescue specialist, Aspen holds an Associate of Applied Science in Paramedicine and maintains certifications as a Rope Rescue Technician, Confined Space Rescue Technician, Industrial Fire Brigade member, and OSHA 30. Drawing from real-world emergency response and technical rescue experience, Aspen focuses on helping organizations move beyond simple compliance and develop confined space programs that are practical, effective, and built around real operational challenges.
